How it works. Your first month opens with a 60-minute assessment. We walk your operation through the Nine Laws and come out with your three biggest gaps and what to do about them first. After that, two 30-minute calls a month, scheduled when you need them, and email between calls for the questions that can’t wait. Every call ends with a decision made and one thing to do before the next one.
Standard, $200/month
Two 30-minute calls a month. Up to 6 emails a month, one question per email.
Weekly, $350/month
A 30-minute call every week. Up to 10 emails a month.
Extra session, $100
One additional 30-minute call, either tier.
Month to month. Cancel anytime. Founding rates for the first ten clients.

One-time Engagements
One Employee, One Hour, $200
One person isn’t performing and you need to correct it. Sixty minutes walking the situation through the Nine Laws, then a one-page written plan of execution: what to say, and what to do in the weeks ahead. Credited toward your first month of coaching if you sign up within 30 days.
Incentive Plan Fix, $350
I review what you have, or don’t, and rebuild it so it’s achievable, visible, and paid on a real cadence.
Nine Laws Snapshot, $500
A remote diagnostic. I interview you, then two or three people on your team. You get a scorecard against all nine laws and a written top-three-fixes plan.
